After almost 10 years of service, Angela Drew has stepped down from her position as Parish Councillor. The Parish Council is very appreciative of the good work Angela has carried out over the years, especially with regard to the recreation ground and the mobile warden scheme. We thank her for her valuable contribution and will miss her involvement.
This now means that we have a Councillor position available on the Steeple Morden Parish Council and so if you would like to help the PC with its work for the village do please make yourself known to any of the current councillors and/or the clerk (Sally Walmesley). This is your opportunity to contribute to the functioning of the village!
